Course Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Description
This three-day course highlights the nature of asbestos, recognizing
when asbestos is a hazard and potential health effects related
to asbestos. Also emphasized are AHERA requirements, legal liabilities
and details of building systems. Classroom and hands on training
focus on the procedures for conducting a building inspection bulk
sampling and development of inspection reports. This course
is taught by an Accredited Sub Contractor.
ABIH Credits: 3.0 CM.
Certificate of Completion: A certificate documenting Asbestos
Building Inspector Initial training is awarded to each student
who attends the course and passes the required written exam. Full
attendance is mandatory.
NOTE: If you are interested in enrolling in both the Building
Inspector and Management Planner initial training courses, please

Participants are provided with a continental breakfast and lunch.
